classes and workshops are non-refundable one week before the first class starts. full refund if canceled two weeks before first class & 1/2 refund if canceled before the one week cut-off. any refund requested before the one week cut off is subject to a $20 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund total.
members must give a minimum 1 month advance notice in writing, via email, in order to cancel their membership

masking is required 9am - 12pm on Sundays. This is an initiative for our more vulnerable folks who are immunocompromised and for those who are caring for loved ones who are immunocompromised.
please bring your own mask and avoid using the studio as your source for masks. If your mask breaks, we do have back-ups.
we encourage any one to wear a mask if you feel any symptoms - we believe this will help keep members and staff health.

studio is deep cleaned once a week by staff - this includes wiping down of all surface and mopping the studio floor
members and students are expected to clean up throughly after using the studio. it is important that everyone contributes to putting away tools, cleaning wheels, and cleaning equipment

all guests must sign Waiver of Liability which can be found on the studio bulletin board.
you are responsible for making sure your guest follows all the studio policies and any underage guest must be supervised by their parent or adult guardian. we ask you to be considerate of your fellow studio mates when you are bringing in a guest
